MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2025 Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam is available here as released on April 30, 2025, or within three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of April 25, 2025 master electrician board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

In the August 2024 Registered Master Electrician board exams, Jaypee Gernalin Francisco from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology-Cabanatuan clinched the highest place with 91.00%. Janine Nudo Borja from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban came in second place with 89.50%.
In the April 2024 RME board exams, Mariclaire Baingan Larugal from Isabela State University - Ilagan aced the board with 92.50%. John Jason Sobior Bibat from Bohol Island State University - Tagbilaran came in second with 92.00%.
In the September 2023 RMELE, Prince Ian Francisco Cruz from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Manila topped the board with 94.00%. Ersan Gonzales Natuel from STI West Negros University and Jerome Bongcay Pelonia from Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. - Canlubang tied on second place with 91.50%.
In the April 2023 RMELE, Nelvin dela Torre Galupo from University of Eastern Philippines (UEP)-Catarman and Kenneth Christian Tolentino Guiwo from Isabela State University (ISU)-Ilagan tied on highest spot with 95%. Kenneth Lovino Saldo, also from UEP-Catarman ranked second with 93.50%.
