MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top passers in the April 2025 Electronics Technician (ECT) board exam is expected to be released on or before April 11, 2025 (Friday), or four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) conducted the first ECT licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 4, 2025.
PRC also conducted the Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam on April 2 and 3, 2025.

In the October 2024 Electronics Technician Licensure Exam, Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Visayas and Ivan Victor Juvida Lau from Mapua University-Manila tied on highest place with 93.00%. Marion Joseph Leyson Uy (University of the Philippines - Diliman), Aubrey Gay Juacalla Ronquillo (FEU Institute of Technology) and Jagad Castillon Suyo (Ateneo de Davao University) all ranked second with 92.00%.
In the April 2024 Electronics Technician board exam, Dexter Pelaez Astorga from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Sto. Tomas topped the board with 95.00%. Sean Christopher Dalusong Garcia from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Manila ranked second with 93.00%.
In the October 2023 Electronics Technician board exam, Jedidiah Yandog Kosca from FEU Alabang and Rigil Kent Dacayanan Olegario from Mapua University-Manila tied on highest spot with 95.00%. John March Urbano Celeste from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)-Visayas came in second with 94.00%.
In the April 2023 Electronics Technician board exam, Jayron Tayurang Mampusti from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Main Sta. Mesa topped the board with 90.00%. Neil Christian Cabador Diche from Northwest Samar State University-Calbayog and Rynmart Dumaya Perez from University of Batangas came in second place with 89.00%.
