MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the results of March 2025 Civil Service Exam-Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT), also known as Career service examination on Friday, May 2, 2025, or within 61 calendar days after the exam. The complete list of passers for subprofessional level for Region 6 (Western Visayas) is available on this page as announced.
The CSE-SubProfessional test was taken by 31,719 examinees nationwide.
The CSC in an article about the successful conduct of CSE-PPT confirmed that results of the March 2025 CSE-PPT for Professional and SubProfessional levels shall be posted on the CSC website on or before May 2.

OCSERGS AND CoE
CSC said that examinees can generate their examination rating through OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System which can also be accessed through the CSC website starting May 17, 2025 (Saturday).
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim the same. Claiming of CoE shall be available approximately 30 days after the posting of the List of Passers or as indicated in the corresponding advisory of CSC.
Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.
Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee.
EXAM OVERVIEW
The Career Service Professional and Sub-professional examinations are general ability tests designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80 percent.
The CSC said that eligibility is a minimum requirement – along with education, experience, and training – for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
