MANILA, Philippines – The March 2025 civil service exam results (career service examination - paper and pencil test or CSE-PPT) are expected to be released on Friday, May 2, 2025. The full list of passers for Region 12 (Soccsksargen) for the professional and sub-professional level exam is available on this page once announced.
Held on March 2, 2025 in various testing centers nationwide, it was one of the biggest conduct of the civil service exams in a single day.
CSC said that a total of 318,973 examinees took the Career Service Examination, Professional and Subprofessional levels, across 95 testing centers. This comprised 287,254 examinees for the CSE-Professional Level, and 31,719 examinees for the Subprofessional Level.

CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES.
Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee.
Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Offices.
ABOUT CIVIL SERVICE EXAM
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
To pass the test, an examinee should get a general rating of at least 80.00.
The Sub-professional exam includes numerical, clerical and verbal components. The test also covered General Information items: Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues and concepts and environmental management and protection.
The civil service eligibility resulting from passing the CSE (SubProfessional) shall be called Career Service SubProfessional Eligibility. It is the first level eligibility appropriate only for first level (clerical) positions in the government which do not involve practice of profession and are not covered by special/other laws.
