MANILA, Philippines – The March 2025 Civil Service Exam results or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) full list of passers for professional level are expected to be released online on or before May 2, 2025, or within 61 calendar days after the exam.

Examinees who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for the first and second level positions in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements of the positions (education, experience, and training).

RELEASE OF RESULTS
The CSC is targeting May 2, 2025 (Friday) release of CSE-PPT results, or within 61 calendar days after the examination. This was announced in an article about the successful conduct of CSE-PPT after determining the exact turnout of takers.
Note that CSC is setting 59 days after exam for 300,000 examinees and 1 day additional for every 5,000 exam slots. For the March 2025 CSE-PPT, total examinees is 318,973.
Other factors might also affect the target release of results.
With this, we advise takers to monitor release of results anytime soon or between April 28-May 2, 2025 or in 57-61 calendar days after the exam.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) can be accessed through the CSC website starting May 17, 2025 (Saturday).
Concerns on examination result, including verification of Examinee Number, should be coordinated directly with the CSC Regional Office concerned.
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on security paper at cost).
Note: Verify first if the Certificate is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office.
Passers must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned. Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers.
EXAM OVERVIEW
The Career Service Professional and Sub-professional examinations are general ability tests designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80 percent.
The CSC said that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
