MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) was released on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, or two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on April 10 and 11, 2025.

In the November 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exams, Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Legazpi, Inc. aced the board with 95.47%. Stan Matthew Samson Taylaran from University of San Carlos ranked second with 94.95%.
In the April 2024 Pharmacist licensure exams, Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga topped the board with 92.85%. Anthony Castillon Tocayon from University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila came in second place with 92.50%.
In the November 2023 Pharmacist licensure exams, Justine Kaye Fajardo Gajo from Centro Escolar University-Manila aced the board with 93.25%. Karl Kirby Zosas Costales from University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao ranked second with 92.58%.
