MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of April 2025 Real Estate Broker board exam, together with the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, on April 24, 2025, or two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Real Estate Broker board exam on April 22, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Ofelia C. Binag, Chairman; Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series 2024, the target release date of Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam results is on Thursday, April 24, 2025, or within two (2) working days after the exam.
Note that results may be released on later date without prior notice.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Real Estate Broker board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and conditional) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
