MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces on May 2, 2025 the results of March 2025 Civil Service Exam - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT), also known as Career service examination.
"The list of passers will be posted on the CSC website not later than 2 May 2025," the Civil Service Commission (CSC) advised in an article about the successful conduct of CSE-PPT.

Sub-professional exam passers are eligible for the first level position in the civil service (clerical).

Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) not later than May 17, 2025 (Saturday) or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.
Concerns on examination result including verification on Examinee Number should be coordinated directly with the CSC Regional Office concerned.
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers.
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
The Subprofessional exam includes numerical, clerical and verbal components. The test also covered General Information items: Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues and concepts and environmental management and protection.
