MANILA, Philippines – The April 2025 Midwifery licensure exam (MLE) or midwives board exam results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, or three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the first MLE this year on April 14 and 15, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Midwifery is composed of Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Hon. Corazon F. Landicho, Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas and Hon. Liwayway M. Piedad, Members.

RELEASE OF MLE RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of Midwife board exam results is on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, or three (3) working days from the last day of exam.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Midwife board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The two-day midwives board exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding (April 14) and primary health care and professional growth and development (April 15).
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the November 2024 Midwives Licensure Exam (MLE), PRC announced results in three (3) working days. A total of 3,997 out of 5,398 successfully passed the exams. Bernard Isaac Badar Alido from University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences - Leyte topped the board with 92.60%.In the April 2024 Midwives board exams, PRC also released results in 3 working days. A total of 1,698 out of 2,975 passed the exams. Judah Paulo Espero from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College - Nabua aced the board with 91.70%.
In the November 2023 MLE, PRC announced results in 3 working days. A total of 2,800 out of 4,119 passed the exams. Janelle Toledo Fauni from Cavite State University led the passers with 91.65%.
