Meet CEO Richard Thaddeus Carvajal—businessman, college prof, content creator with 6 academic degrees!

Earning a bachelor's degree is already an impressive achievement, even more so with a master’s degree. But what if it’s not just one master’s degree—but six? And going to seven degrees in total!

That’s Richard Thaddeus Carvajal—a businessman, college professor, content creator, and master’s degree student—who has worked hard to achieve every goal he has set for himself. Remarkably, he managed to do all this without neglecting his personal and leisure time, still finding time to travel and engage in sports activities.

His social media post quickly caught the attention of netizens, where he shared that he has already attended six graduation ceremonies—meaning he now holds six academic degrees.

In an interview with Balita, he confirmed that he works as a content creator on the side, teaches part-time as a college professor, and owns a real estate and finance company—which he considers his full-time job as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As a college professor, he has been teaching subjects related to Business Management and Business Administration for eight consecutive years without any break.

He shared that his passion for academics and thirst for knowledge are the reasons why, despite his busy schedule, he continues to share his knowledge and experiences with students who aspire to follow in his footsteps.

Because of this, he said he truly enjoys studying—he wants to further enhance and develop the knowledge he has, which he generously shares with others so it can become even more valuable.

He personally manages his own company, saying that the real-world experiences he gains from running a business are what he brings into his classroom.

Richard shared one by one the six academic degrees and diplomas he holds. First is his bachelor’s degree in International Management, which he completed at a university in the Philippines in 2012.

After that, he immediately pursued a double master’s degree program—one in Investment Finance and another in Real Estate—at Oxford University in England.

After completing those two master’s degrees, he took another one in Global Business.

He then pursued another bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management so he could take the licensure examinations for becoming an appraiser and consultant, as required by policy.

“Even though I already had a master’s degree in Real Estate, I still went back to a bachelor’s degree,” Richard Thaddeus explained.

His most recent master’s degree program is in Management, majoring in Environmental Planning.

He also admitted that he is currently working on a seventh master’s degree, though he chose not to reveal what it is just yet. He said he doesn’t disclose it to his followers until graduation day.

All of the master’s degrees he took come with licensure examinations, which he manages to take on top of his busy schedule.

Recently, he hurdled the December 2024 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination.

Congratulations, Classmate Richard!
