MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will announce on May 2, 2025 the successful examinees of March 2025 Civil Service Exam - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) Subprofessional level for Region 2 (Cagayan Valley).
The CSC in an article about the successful conduct of CSE-PPT confirmed that results of the March 2025 CSE-PPT for Professional and SubProfessional levels shall be posted on the CSC website by May 2.
The CSC said that a total of 318,973 examinees took the Career Service Examination, Professional and Subprofessional levels, across 95 testing centers.
Of the total examinees, 287,254 individuals, representing 91.35 percent of registered applicants, took the Professional level exam, while 31,719 individuals or 91.37 percent of registered applicants took the Subprofessional level.

CS passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for the first level positions in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements of the positions (education, experience, and training).

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Contrary to reports from other websites, the results of the March 2024 CSE-PPT are targeted for release on or before May 2, 2025, according to the latest advisory of the CSC.
In previous update, CSC was targeting May 10, 2025 release of results as stated in calendar of civil service examinations for Year 2025 and Examination Advisory No. 03 series 2025.
Other factors might also affect the target release of results.
CS REMINDERS
Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website starting May 17, 2025 (Saturday).
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.
Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee.
