MANILA, Philippines – The April 2025 Civil Engineering board exam results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released online on or before May 6, 2025 (Tuesday), or within four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the first Civil Engineering licensure exam (CELE) this year on April 28 and 29, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairman; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the target release of Civil Engineer board exam results is on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, or within four (4) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Monday, May 5.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Civil Engineer board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
Civil Engineer board exams cover the following major subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the November-December Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), PRC released results in three (3) working days. A total of 6,835 out of 18,436 successfully passed the exams. Francis Charles Pepito Lauta from University of Cebu aced the board with 93.25%.
In the April 2024 Civil Engineer board exams, PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 6,680 out of 17,010 successfully passed the exams. Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines, both from De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila tied on highest spot with 94.30%.
In the November 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, PRC released results in five (5) working days. A total of 6,180 out of 18,582 passed the exams. Godfrey Queron Correa from Palawan State University - Puerto Princesa led the passers with 93.60%.
In the April 2023 CELE, results were announced online after 4 working days. PRC named 5,887 out of 16,936 who passed the exams. Garret Wilkenson Ching Sia from DLSU - Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University - Batac topped the board with 92.10%.
