MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the April 2025 Real Estate Broker board exam is available here as expected to be released online on Thursday, April 24, 2025, or within two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on April 22, 2025.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the April 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination are the following:

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, John Joseph Zosa Kagatan from University of Mindanao-Davao City topped the board with 92.25%. Zheerex Faron Villero from University of Cebu ranked second with 91.75%.
In the April 2023 Real Estate Broker board exams, Gian Carlo Dominique Gallardo Bero from Lyceum of Alabang led the passers with 87.00%. Richelle Cang Ting, also from Lyceum of Alabang, ranked second with 86.25%.
In the April 2022 Real Estate Broker board exams, John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Shirley Silva Mazon from Trinity University of Asia and Pamela Ann Torres Perez, also from Trinity University of Asia, led the passers with 89.00%. Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu and Eloisa Monique Pelisco Yepez from University of Mindanao - Davao City came in second spot with 88.25%.
In the June 2019 Real Estate Broker board exams, Raquel Diaz Mendros from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies - Palo topped the board with 89.75% grade. John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University followed with 87.75%.
The Real Estate broker board exams in June 2018 was postponed per PRC Resolution No. 1108, series of 2018. The 2020-2021 licensure exams were also cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, PRC did not release list of topnotchers in the December 2017 Real Estate Broker exams.
