MTLE RESULTS MARCH 2025 – The March 2025 Medical Technologist (MedTech) licensure exam results, which include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing school and performance of schools, will be released on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Medtech board exam on March 26 and 27, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

NOTE: Those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician, PRC said.
RELEASE OF MTLE RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the March 2025 MedTech board exam results will be released on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 or three (3) working days.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. Previous MTLE results were released in four (4) working days.
SCHEDULE OF REGISTRATION
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
OATH-TAKING
PRC typically announces the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after the release of exam results.
Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
MedTech board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The MedTech board exam covered the following subjects: clinical chemistry, microbiology and parasitology, clinical microscopy (March 26); hematology, blood banking and serology, hispathologic techniques, cytotechnology, medical technology laws, related laws and its implementing rules and the code of ethics (March 27).
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the August 2024 Medical Technologist Licensure Exam (MTLE), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 3,872 out of 5,574 successfully passed the exams. Riana Beatriz Tungol Siron from University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the board with 92.30%.
In the March 2024 MTLE, PRC released results in just two (2) working days. A total of 7,309 out of 9,068 passed the exams. Jeency Agujar Pilapil from Cebu Doctors University topped the board with 93.00%.
In the August 2023 MTLE, results were released by PRC in 4 working days. A total of 3,982 out of 5,401 passed the exams. Sam Jeffrey Bitao Tiongco from Saint Louis University led the passers with 93.30%.
In the March 2023 MedTech board exam, PRC announced results in three (3) working days. A total of 4,714 out of 6,165 passed the exams. Sidrey Mel Aldeguer Flores from Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod City topped the board with 92.10%.

About the MedTech Profession
A medical technologist is a healthcare professional involved with laboratory investigations of specimens taken from the human body.
Examinations or tests on biological specimens such as, but not limited to blood, urine, stool and other body fluids, are performed for the purpose of aiding physicians evaluate, diagnose, manage, treat and monitor patients.
The cost of education for the 4-year Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, also known as medical laboratory science, ranges from Php 30,000 to 50,000 per semester in private schools and universities or 40-50% lower in public educational institution.
