MANILA, Philippines – The newest batch of housemates has determined the first set of nominees for Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Celebrity Collab Edition.
Instead of the traditional single nominees, this year's edition will have duos as nominees for eviction.
Only two duos can be nominated by another duo, who will give three points and one point.
The duos of Ralph de Leon and Michael Sager, AC Bonifacio and Ashley Ortega, and Will Ashley and River Joseph are at risk of being evicted from the Big Brother house.

During its Sunday episode (March 23), all 16 housemates underwent their first-ever nomination, with Ralph and Michael receiving the most points with 10. Following is the duo of AC and Ashley, who got 9 points.
The duo of Will and River received 8 points.

Only the Dustin Yu-Esnyr duo and Mika Salamanca-Brent Manalo pair were not given points by the housemates.
In this PBB celebrity edition, the housemates will be competing in pairs or duos. The pair, composed of one Kapuso and Kapamilya artist, will be facing the weekly tasks, nominations, and evictions together.
It was also announced that duos can still change until the final duos are determined at the designated time.
PBB host Bianca Gonzales said the duo format is new in the Philippines, but it has already been done in Spain, Nigeria and The Netherlands.
"Duo nominations and evictions totally change the 'game' and will put to the test this batch of housemates in a wildly different way compared to past seasons," Gonzales added.
As of March 19, here are the Kapamilya and Kapuso duos:
- Michael Sager (Sparkle) and Ralph de Leon (Star Magic)
- Mika Salamanca (Sparkle) and Brent Manalo (Star Magic)
- Josh Ford (Sparkle) and Klarisse de Guzman (Star Magic)
- Will Ashley (Sparkle) and River Joseph (Star Magic)
- Dustin Yu (Sparkle) and Esnyr (Star Magic)
- Ashley Ortega (Sparkle) and AC Bonifacio (Star Magic)
- AZ Martinez (Sparkle) and Kira Balinger (Star Magic)
Meanwhile, Kapuso star Charlie Fleming, who has immunity for the first nomination, was not paired up with another housemate.
Bianca De Vera, the newest housemate who entered the house, was also exempted in the first nomination.
To vote, download and sign up for free on the Maya app, the official voting partner of "PBB Celebrity Collab" edition. Tap the PBB icon to begin voting to save or evict a nominated housemate. Viewers have 30 chances daily to vote and can opt for 10, 50, or 110 votes, to be deducted from their Maya wallet.
