MANILA, Philippines – Netizens are abuzz over the supposed breakup between actress and content creator Andi Eigenmann and her long-time partner and fiancé, professional surfer Philmar Alipayo.
The rumors intensified after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, leading fans and followers to question the status of their engagement.

The situation escalated when Andi shared a series of cryptic posts on her Instagram Stories. One notable post included a quote stating, "They stab you and pretend they are the ones bleeding." Unsurprisingly, many interpreted it as a reference to betrayal.
Additionally, she highlighted the phrase, "I just found out it's the year of the snake!! I thought it was the year of the wolf in sheep’s clothing!." This further fueled speculation about trust issues within her close circle.

Andi shared a screenshot of a conversation where she inquired about the appropriateness of a friend suggesting a "love couple's tattoo" with someone already in a committed relationship (most likely referring to Philmar and some girl).

She asked, "Do you think it's suspicious when a friend invites your life partner to get a love couple’s tattoo with them without even filling you in or consulting you?" This led many to believe that a close female friend of Philmar had proposed getting matching tattoos with him, possibly without Andi's knowledge or consent.
This supposed best friend (of Philmar) with whom Andi was also friends with was first friends with Philmar before the actress came into the picture.

Further revelations on social media indicated that this female friend might have played a more intrusive role in their relationship. Reports emerged suggesting that the friend had allegedly advised Philmar to end his relationship with Andi.

In response to the growing speculations, Andi explained that she believes Philmar didn’t cheat on her with this girl, but it still hurt her to discover that the two shared a “couple tattoo as friends.”

Philmar also posted what some netizens thought might be a sarcastic take on the issue, telling everyone that whatever they say or may have heard is true.
Andi and Philmar have been engaged since 2020 and have two kids, Lilo and Koa. Their family, called the Happy Islanders, is based in Siargao.
