If there is something called "relationship goals" for couples who achieve their dreams together, there is also something called "sibling goals."
Such is the extraordinary story of inspiration of siblings Richard and Lianne Joy Olano from Capiz, who both passed their respective board exams based on their chosen professions.

Despite life's challenges, they proved that simultaneous success is possible — Richard ranked 10th in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) in November 2024, while Lianne Joy became one of the newly minted lawyers after passing the Bar Exams in December 2024.
In an interview with the siblings, they shared that they decided to support each other in achieving their goals for their respective board exams, with the aim of becoming a full-fledged nurse and lawyer for their family.
For the siblings, the support of their family was crucial in their journey. Their parents, Richard Sr. and Lilian, along with their eldest sibling Richelian, a registered pharmacist, served as their pillars of strength in achieving success.
Their faith also played a significant role in their success. Every day, they prayed the novena together to St. Jude Thaddeus, continuing this practice up until the day of their exams.
The siblings became accountability partners, watching over each other to ensure they both stayed focused on their goals.
Despite the challenges of the review season, they remained positive, serving as an inspiration to those who also aspire to achieve success.
As practical advice, they encouraged future board and Bar exam takers to plan ahead and set clear goals.
Now that they are both licensed professionals, the siblings aim to contribute to improving the country's situation, particularly in the fields of healthcare and justice.
