Ring in the new year with the best and meaningful celebration — bountiful banquet, music and loud revelry in epic proportions to usher in a new year.
The Summit Express has the lowdown of New Year's Eve (NYE) countdown events in the metro. Jump high and welcome 2025 with a bang:
1. Makati’s RADIATING ON TOP: Ayala Avenue New Year’s Eve Countdown to 2025 | December 31, 2024, 6:00 p.m. onwards
Witness the grandest New Year's Eve celebration in Makati and catch epic performances from BINI, Gary V, Bamboo, Gloc-9, Lola Amour, Marina Summers, the cast of One More Chance, Bar Boys, Going Home to Christmas, Buruguduystunstugudunstuy, Pingkian: Isang Musikal, and Jepoy & the Magic Circle!
LIMITED VIP Seated Tickets (with dinner and cocktails) and MOSH PIT ACCESS (with cocktails) available on-site at the TicketWorld booth along Makati Avenue, right in front of Gabriela Silang Car Park.
Gates and food booths open by 12NN and the concert proper will start at 6PM.
2. Quezon City Countdown to 2025 at the Quezon Memorial Circle | December 31, 2024 4pm
Following last year’s successful celebration, the Quezon City Government will be hosting anew the much-anticipated New Year’s Countdown revelry.
This year, the city government boasts a star-studded lineup, including Ely Buendia, Ben&Ben, Kamikazee, Gloc-9, Kean Cipriano, Noel Palomo (of Siakol) with the Repakol Band, Shamrock, The Juans, Mrld, Ryannah J., and Kenaniah.
The countdown will also be hosted by Uma Rojo, MC and Lassy, Negi, and CJ Villavicencio.
QCitizens are encouraged to bring their families to enjoy the festivities, as this will be an event that will guarantee fun and excitement for all ages.
3. GMA Network's 'Kapuso Countdown to 2025: Isa sa Puso' | December 31, 2024, 10:30 pm at Seaside Boulevard, SM Mall of Asia

Manifest a prosperous 2025 with a spectacular celebration hosted by Ruru Madrid, with performances by Julie Anne San Jose, Rayver Cruz, Bianca Umali, Christian Bautista, Aiai Delas Alas, Sanya Lopez, Ysabel Ortega, and Kyline Alcantara.
Sang'gre stars Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda, and Faith Da Silva, together with Sofia Pablo, Allen Ansay, Bryce Eusebio, Betong Sumaya and Pepita Curtis will also be present with entertaining numbers. Kapuso singers Hannah Precillas, Jessica Villarubin, Jeremiah Tiangco, John Rex, Thea Astley and Zephanie will also be giving a all-out vocal performances, along with Tanghalan ng Kampeon grand winner Tala Gatchalian, The Clash 2024 winner Naya Ambi.
Viewers can also look forward to a very special set by the Kings of P-pop, SB19.
Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. The on-ground show with Jennie Gabriel will begin at 8:30PM. The main show will start at 10:30 PM.
The star-studded event is free of admission and will also be livestreamed on GMA Network and other GMA online platforms.
4. Bonifacio Global City (BGC) NYE AT THE 5TH New Year's Countdown | December 31, 2024, 7:00 p.m. onwards
Prepare to greet 2025 with a stellar lineup at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig for the 2025 NYE countdown.
Come celebrate the new year featuring artists including Sarah Geronimo, Honne, ITZY, Juan Karlos, and Rico Blanco.
General admission is free on a first come, first serve basis. The event has also released the map and schedule for road closures to make way for the event.
5. Eastwood - Quezon City New Year Countdown 2025 | December 31, 2024, 8:00 p.m.
The longest-running Eastwood-Quezon City New Year Countdown to 2025 is here again!
The Eastwood Mall Open Park will once again be a party venue and concert stage for KZ Tandingan, TJ Monterde, Barbie Almalbis, Janine Tenoso, Dionela, and Dione.
The event starts at 8 p.m. with the fireworks and star-drop at 12 midnight.
6. Okada Manila's Bright Beginnings to 2025 | December 31, 2024
Ring in the New Year with a night of opulence and extraordinary talent at the Grand Ballroom featuring Lani Misalucha, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Christian Bautista, Mitoy Yonting and The Draybers, DJ Cammy V, Okada Manila Entertainment Group, Sonic-1, and Daiana Menezes. Doors open at 7 PM.
