MANILA, Philippines – Actor Anthony Jennings released a statement to apologize to his on-screen partner Maris Racal and his non-showbiz ex-girlfriend, Jamela Villanueva, amid the cheating issue that shocked the online world this week.
In a Facebook post by Star Magic on Friday night, Anthony apologized to Maris and Jam and everybody who were affected by the controversy.

"Sa lahat ho ng mga nangyari nung nakaraang araw, sa lahat ho ng mga taong nasaktan ko, especially po si Maris tsaka si Jam, humihingi ho ako ng tawad sa dalawang babae and sa lahat po ng mga nadamay ko rin po. 'Yun lamang po, sorry po ulit," he said in a 22-second video.

Earlier, Maris issued her statement, where she also apologized and took full accountability for everything that has happened.

Maris claimed that Anthony told her he was single and he was just waiting for the right moment to release statement.
She felt embarrassed when screenshots of their conversations were exposed by Jam on Instagram Stories late Tuesday night without her consent.
Early this week, Anthony announced breakup with Jamela after being together for seven years.
