MANILA, Philippines – The October 2024 Veterinarian licensure exam (VLE) results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released online on Monday, November 4, 2024 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Veterinary Medicine conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales and Tuguegarao on October 28, 29 and 30, 2024.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Vet board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The three-day exam covered the following subjects: veterinary anatomy, veterinary physiology and veterinary parasitology (October 28); veterinary pathology, veterinary pharmacology and zootechnics (October 29); and veterinary microbiology and public health and veterinary medicine and surgery (October 30).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1891 series of 2024, the target release of October 2024 Veterinarian board exam results is on Monday, November 4, 2024 or in two (2) working days.
Note that results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS RESULTS
In the October 2023 Veterinarian Licensure Examination, PRC announced results in just 2 working days. Only 92 out of 985 passed the exams. Juridico Babiano from De La Salle - Araneta University, Inc led the passers with 84.28%. None of the schools qualified for the top performing list.
In the March 2023 Veterinarian Licensure Exam, PRC also released results in 2 working days after the exam. A total of 220 out of 681 passed the exams. Maria Adrianna Isabella Gray Claravall from University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) topped the board with 83.58%. None of the schools qualified for the top performing list.
In the September 2022 Veterinarian board exams, PRC also announced results in 2 working days after the exam. A total of 335 out of 928 passed the exams. Kenny Vergara Pique from UPLB topped the board with 84.90%. UPLB was named lone top performing school, 88.71% or 55 out of 62 passed.
In the March 2022 Vet board exams, results were also out in 2 working days. A total of 288 out of 607 passed the exams. Mark Lawrence Gutierrez Atienza from UPLB led the passers with 85.92%. UPLB topped the schools with 95.00% or 57 out of 60 passed.
In the August and September 2021 Vet board exams, PRC released results in four (4) working days from the last day of examination. The agency named 276 out of 720 who passed the exams. Gabriel Gonzaga Comota III from UPLB aced the board with 85.36%. None of the schools qualified for the top performing list.
Note that it took only one (1) day for PRC to release results in pre-pandemic Vet board exams.
