MANILA, Philippines – The November 2024 Midwifery licensure exam (MLE) or midwives board exam results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released on Wednesday, November 20 or in three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 3,997 out of 5,398 (74.05%) passed the exams.
PRC conducted the second MLE this year on November 15 and 16, 2024 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Lerma M. Valenzuela, Corazon F. Landicho, Lourdes S. Mangahas and Liwayway M. Piedad, Members.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: Starting December 23, 2024
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Midwife board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The two-day midwives board exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding (November 15) and primary health care and professional growth and development (November 16).
RELEASE OF MLE RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1891 s. 2024, the target release of Midwife board exam results is on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 or in three (3) working days from the last day of exam.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the April 2024 Midwives Licensure Exam (MLE), PRC released results in three (3) working days. A total of 1,698 out of 2,975 passed the exams. Judah Paulo Espero from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College - Nabua topped the board with 91.70%.
In the November 2023 MLE, PRC announced results in 3 working days. A total of 2,800 out of 4,119 passed the exams. Janelle Toledo Fauni from Cavite State University topped the board with 91.65%.
In the April 2023 MLE, PRC also released results in 3 working days. A total of 1,210 out of 2,558 passed the exams. Ronnie Vincent Bolasco Antivo from Jose Rizal Memorial State University - Dapitan led the passers with 90.05%.
In the November 2022 MLE, PRC also announced results in 3 working days. The agency named 1,768 out of 3,472 who successfully hurdled the board exam. Jonathan Calunsag Gatela Jr. from University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences-Leyte obtained the highest place with 90.10%.
In the April 2022 Midwife board exam, results were also out in 3 working days. A total of 733 out of 1,559 passed the exams. Ma Isabelle Navales Donsol from Davao Medical School Foundation aced the board with 89.95%.
In the November 2021 MLE, PRC released results after four (4) working days. A total of 908 out of 1,774 passed the exams. Yesa Papa Garganera from Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital School of Midwifery topped the board with 89.80%.
