MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release soon the results of October 2024 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Physician board exam. These include the top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the second Physician board exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on October 5, 6, 12 and 13, 2024.

Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the October 2024 Physician Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2024 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE), University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center was the top performing school with 89.23% or 58 out of 65 passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) came in second with 84.85% or 56 out of 66 passed.
In the October 2023 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE), University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila topped the schools with 97.62% or 164 out of 168 passed. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 97.32% or 109 out of 112 passed.
In the March 2023 Physician board exams, UST was the lone top performing school with 83.61% or 51 out of 61 passed.
