MANILA, Philippines – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) opens Monday, October 7, 2024 the Online Scheduling System (NOSS) for the applicants of November 2024 PNP Entrance and promotional exam. See link of online registration/application form here.
The conduct of police examinations will be on November 24, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Note: The agency will also conduct the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE)-Written exam on November 23, 2024.
The PNPE Examination is open to all Filipino citizens who are not more than 30 years old and bachelor’s degree holder. Patrolmen/Patrolwomen whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility are also required to take said entrance examination.
On the other hand, the Promotional Examinations are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.
The online registration via NOSS will start on October 7, 2024 at exactly 12:00 noon.

NOSS PROCEDURES / HOW TO APPLY ONLINE?
All applicants for the PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations should register to the NAPOLCOM Online Scheduling System prior to the processing of his/her application by following procedures below:
1. Go to NAPOLCOM website www.napolcom.gov.ph.
2. Visit NAPOLCOM Online Scheduling System link https://www.napolcom-noss.org/.
3. Select Your Exam (alternative links)
- Entrance Exam (For Civilians)
- Entrance Exam (Patrolmen and Patrolwomen with temporary status appointment)
- Promotional Exam
4. Fill out the required data and review the same.
5. Upload the following:
a. For Civilian applicant - One (1) valid government-issued ID with applicant's date of birth (National, Passport, Postal, Driver's License, PRC, etc.)
b. For PNP member - PNP ID
5. Receive a Notice indicating the date of the face-to-face processing of application at the Regional Office concerned and have the same screened shot/printed.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants with a confirmed processing schedule should proceed to the Regional Office for the processing of his/her application, including the filing out of the Examination Application Form and Index card (to be provided by the Regional Office) with the following requirements:
A. PNP Entrance Exam (Civilian)
1. Notice generated after registering online (printed or electronic copy).
2. Two (2) colored recent passport size photo (in white shirt and white background) with name tag (first, middle and last name).
3. One (10 valid government-issued ID with applicant's date of birth (National, Passport, Postal, Driver's License, PRC, etc.)
4. Photocopy (present the original) or Certified Xerox Copy of ANY of the following:
- Transcript of Records
- Diploma
- Certificate of Graduation
5. One (1) legal-size envelope with twenty-one pesos (Php 21) worth of mailing stamp.
6. Exam fee: Four Hundred Pesos (Php 400.00)
B. PNP Entrance Exam (Patrolman/Patrolwoman with Temporary Status of Appointment)
1. Notice generated after registering online (printed or electronic copy).
2. Two (2) colored recent passport size photo (in PNP uniform white background) with name tag (first, middle and last name).
3. PNP ID.
4. One (1) legal-size envelope with twenty-one pesos (Php 21) worth of mailing stamp.
5. Exam fee: Four Hundred Pesos (Php 400.00)
C. Promotional Exams (PO 4th, PO 3rd, PO 1st Class)
1. Notice generated after registering online (printed or electronic copy).
2. Two (2) colored recent passport size photo (in PNP uniform white background) with name tag (first, middle and last name).
3. PNP ID.
4. One (1) legal-size envelope with twenty-one pesos (Php 21) worth of mailing stamp.
5. Examination Fee:
- PO 4th Class - Php 400.00
- PO 3rd Class - Php 450.00
- PO 2nd Class - Php 500.00
- PO 1st Class - Php 600
IMPORTANT: Applicant must be at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on his/her scheduled appointment date with all the requirements.
