"Manifesting" refers to the practice of bringing something you desire into reality through focused intention, positive thinking, and belief, often associated with the Law of Attraction, which suggests that like attracts like—meaning if you focus on positive thoughts and truly believe in something, you can attract those experiences or outcomes into your life.
Perhaps this is what Roderick Mabanan Cajefe believed in, who graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Filipino from Leyte Normal University in December 2020.

He placed 9th in the October 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), with a rating of 92.60%.
He shared that while he was still reviewing for the board exam, he had a tarpaulin hung on his wall that he could see when he woke up and before he went to sleep, to remind him of his goal to become a topnotcher in the board exam.
The congratulatory tarpaulin read that he passed the LET, but not just passed—he was a topnotcher.
Cajefe had a strong desire to become a topnotcher because he was the first college graduate in their family. He originally wanted to take a degree program in Mass Communication because he dreamed of becoming a radio announcer or TV broadcaster.
At that time, the K-12 Curriculum had already been implemented, and the course offerings in the province were limited, so he decided to take up Education majoring in Filipino.
Cajefe also worked at a small eatery to support his needs and studies. Even though he had a scholarship, he continued to be a working student. There were times when he felt sleepy in class because he would wake up as early as 3:00 AM to go to the market and help with cooking.
That’s why he is immensely grateful to God for giving him what he manifested. Congratulations!
