LIST: Comelec approves Senate run of Quiboloy, Revillame, 64 other bets

MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) released on Wednesday, October 16, the partial and initial list of 66 senatorial candidates for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections.

The said number is from 183 senatorial aspirants who filed their certificate of candidacy (COC) in the first week of October.

In total, 117 COC filers did not make the list.

It is noteworthy that despite having no experience in politics, well-known personalities including Apollo Quiboloy, Willie Revillame, Phillip Salvador and Jimmy Bondoc managed to get through.
