TOP 10 PASSERS: August 2024 Civil Service Exam Professional Level

MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Thursday, November 14, named the topnotchers (top 10) in the August 2024 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). View on this page for professional level list of highest placers.

With a rating of 97.49, Mark Justine M. Domingo from Region IV topped the Professional level exams.

Completing the list of top passers for the Professional level are Joyce D. Dublin (Region VII), with a rating of 96.47; Helen V. Castro (Region III) with 96.46; Ajay L. Lagrimas (National Capital Region or NCR) with 96.18; Matthew Lorenz L. Dalomias (Region VIII) with 96.17; Eunice Angela R. Torreliza (CAR) with 95.90; Jeriah M. Borreros (Region VI) with 95.86; Betty Mae C. Medilo (Region XI) with 95.75; Lourdes Sabina B. Wabe (NCR) with 95.68; and Chery Lou C. Gambol (Region II) with 95.65.

CSC released the CSE-PPT results - list of passers on October 15, 2024 or in 65 calendar days after the exam.

The second and final regular CSE-PPT this year was conducted in 95 testing centers nationwide on Sunday, August 11, 2024. It was one the biggest conduct of the civil service exams in a single day.

CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the March 2024 CSE-PPT professional level exam, Viron Gil A. Estrada from the National Capital Region (NCR) achieved the highest score with a rating of 97.30. Micah Angelo R. Bacani and Duke Donald R. Cotoco, both from the NCR followed with identical rating of 97.26.

In the August 2023 CSE-PPT professional level exam, Patricia D. Victa from NCR topped the exam with a rating of 93.60. Mark Angelo R. Montero (Bicol Region) followed with a rating of 92.59.

With a rating of 92.63, Glenn C. Gonzales from NCR topped the March 2023 Professional level. Elijah Denelle E. Manuel, also from NCR, followed with a rating of 91.74.

Leading the passers for professional level in the August 2022 civil service exam was Kate Angelica P. Pasobillo from Bicol Region, who garnered a rating of 90.08%. Donna Lyn Mackay from NCR came in second with 89.96%.

HOW TO GET CSE-PPT RESULTS

Schedule for the release of Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office will be announced. Passers are advised to verify first the availability of and the requirements and procedures in claiming their Certification of Eligibility before proceeding to the CSC office.

Moreover, examinees, both passed and failed, may generate their individual rating through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed on the CSC website.
