It feels fulfilling for a graduating student to look forward to the day when they can bring their parents to the graduation rites, witnessing the culmination of their educational journey.
However, the reality is that while many parents may wish to attend such momentous events in their children's lives, they are unable to do so because they cannot easily leave their jobs. Every cent is crucial for the well-being of their family.
A Senior High School graduate from Misamis Oriental last 2022 went viral after she immediately went to her father's workplace, after finishing senior high school.

Shaina Cabasa Ramirez does not feel ashamed of her father even though he is only a poor farmer. She shared that her father was unable to attend because he prioritized working as a farmer.
"PA, THANKFUL JAPON KO MASKI WAY HANDA IMPORTANTE BUHI,” she said in her Facebook post caption, showing her photos with her father.
Shaina also flexed her received diploma and graduation photo.
The post touched the hearts of netizens, and they extended congratulatory and heartwarming messages for her.
