MANILA, Philippines – Megaworld Corporation gave the public a sneak peek into the luxurious 3-bedroom condominium unit it will give to Olympic double gold medalist Carlos Yulo.

Kevin L. Tan, President and CEO of Alliance Global Group, and Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, President of Megaworld, turned over to Yulo the P32 million condo unit in McKinley Hill. The 100-square-meter condo unit is given to the Olympian, fully furnished and equipped with home appliances, all set for the Olympian to enjoy and relax in.

There are four smart TVs in the condo, one for each of the three bedrooms and the cozy living area. The kitchen is also set to prepare a feast with its refrigerator, four-burner cooktop with oven, microwave oven, and even washing and drying machines. For his leisure time, Yulo can also enjoy and invite some friends as they enjoy the condo unit’s gaming console.

The interiors are all neat and chic-looking with their modern design and accents. The condo unit also has several features and accents to commemorate his historic win. It has a memory wall that displays several framed news article clippings featuring Yulo’s journey. Even better, it also features a custom-made nesting coffee table that bears a replica of the Paris Olympics gold medal.

Yulo can also enjoy a cool morning or a starry night while relaxing on the unit’s two balconies, accessible in the living room and the master’s bedroom. The unit also comes with a free parking slot and a maid's room with a toilet and bath.

Aside from the condo unit, the Megaworld executives also gave Yulo P3 million in cash rewards. A special art piece was also given to the Filipino Olympian, handcrafted by Megaworld employee and leaf artist Edimar Paclibar, which features a portrait of Yulo made of rubber tree leaves. The special leaf art piece also includes the 2024 Paris Olympic logo and the iconic landmark of McKinley Hill.
