MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2024 Real Estate Appraiser board exam is available on this page as released online on Monday, August 12 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers (LEREA) in the city of Manila on August 8, 2024.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the August 2024 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination are the following:

In the September 2023 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Maureen Grace Cruz Usacdin from Lyceum of Alabang topped the board with 91.50%. Trisha Amber Tan Ong Hian Huy, also from Lyceum of Alabang, ranked second with 90.50%.
In the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Lalaine Chua Kawsek from Trinity University of Asia led the passers with 89.00%. Shirley Silva Mazon, also from Trinity-QC, ranked second with 88.00%.
In the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser board exam, Juliefe Pepito Cuenca from University of Cebu aced the board with 90.50%. John Mark Vincent Gianan from Gardner College Diliman, Inc. followed with 90.00%.
In the August 2019 Real Estate Appraiser board exams, John Alex Magno Oliver from Xavier University topped the board with 86.50%. Ruth Ramulte Cabangangan from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies - Palo ranked second with 86.00.
In the June 2017 and August 2016 exams, PRC did not announce list of topnotchers.
In the April 2016 exams, Brittany Aoas Sumagaysay from Saint Louis University led the passers with 88.50%. Larrgie Carpio Lores from University of the East- Manila, Serafin Tiamzon Omana Jr from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman and Jeno Abcede Un from Xavier University tied on second place with 87.50%.
