MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce soon the results of June 2024 Medical Technologist (MedTech) Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE). View on this page the complete list of passers and performance of schools once announced online.
The Medtech licensure exam (MTLE) in Middle East was given by the Board of Medical Technology composed of Dr. Marilyn A. Cabal-Barza, Chairman; and Dr. Leila Lany M. Florento, Member.
The examination was held in Manama, Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Doha, Qatar; Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Dubai, United Arab Emirates last June 16 and 17, 2024 (Sunday and Monday).
According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag),
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The Medtech board exam in Middle East covers the following subjects: clinical chemistry, microbiology and parasitology, clinical microscopy, hematology, blood banking and serology, hispathologic techniques, cytotechnology, medical technology laws, related laws and its implementing rules and the code of ethics.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
The target release of June 2024 SPLE was not indicated in the PRC Resolution No. 1728 series 2023 "Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2024" but we advise takers to monitor announcement of results in the last week of June until July 2024.
