‘Pa, Engineer na ‘ko!’ Father lifts his son like a kid after passing Civil Engineering board exam

It feels good for a child to share their milestones and successes in life with their parents, but the truth is, this feeling is doubled for the parents!

A father in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, couldn't resist lifting his child after knowing that he passed the April 2024 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), a sign that his child is now a full-fledged engineer.

According to his social media posts, Engr. Joel Robin Cachero decided to surprise his father, who had been working as a public bus driver for almost two decades.

In the text caption of the shared video by Joel, he said that his father was supposedly in Manila for work when the results came out.

So when he arrived, he immediately told him the good news.

“Pa, engineer na 'ko," Joel immediately said to his father when it arrived.

In the video, aside from kissing his child on the cheek, the father also lifted him in excessive joy.
