MANILA, Philippines – Lone bettor from Cavite bagged Php 74.7 million jackpot prize in the Lotto 6/42 draw on Thursday, May 16, 2024, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced said in an advisory on Friday.
The winning number combination 11-23-05-22-24-03 carried a jackpot prize of Php 74,759,118.80 and was won by a bettor who bought a ticket in Dasmariñas City.

The check can be claimed at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards. The bettor has one year to claim the prize.
Lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 are subject to a 20 percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law.
Meanwhile, 129 other bettors guessed five out of the six two-digit winning combinations and won Php 24,000 each, the PCSO said.
About 4,687 bettors got Php 800 each for getting four of the winning combinations while 62,002 bettors won Php 20 each for guessing three right combinations.
The Lotto 6/42 was last won on April 9, 2024 by solo bettor who bought his/her winning ticket from lotto outlet in Bgy. Greater Fairview, Quezon City.
The 6/42 Regular Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products in order to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
