The Kapamilya network announced this development on Saturday. "TV Patrol, the country’s longest-running primetime newscast, will be airing on ALLTV every night beginning 15 April 2024 (Monday), marking a new milestone in its mission to bring relevant news and information to the Filipino people."

ALLTV is owned by business tycoon Manny Villar.

Anchored by Kabayan Noli de Castro, Karen Davila, Bernadette Sembrano, and Henry Omaga-Diaz, “TV Patrol” airs from Monday to Friday at 6:30 pm, while “TV Patrol Weekend,” anchored by Alvin Elchico and Zen Hernandez, is seen every Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 pm.

ALLTV is the latest platform to carry “TV Patrol” on free TV, cable and satellite TV.

“TV Patrol” will continue to be seen on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live and ABS-CBN News on YouTube, ANC, Teleradyo Serbisyo, and DWPM on AM radio.

ABS-CBN Corporation went off air during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic on May 5, 2020 following the order of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). The last broadcast of ABS-CBN on Channel 2 was TV Patrol and it was de Castro who bade farewall to the viewers.

But on May 7, 2020 or just two days after the ABS-CBN shutdown, TV Patrol aired online on various ABS-CBN platforms. The network utilized its digital capabilities to survive.

ABS-CBN returned to free TV in October of the same year via blocktime arrangement with Brother Eddie Villanueva’s A2Z.

In January 2022, TV Patrol was able to come back to free TV via A2Z.

In the same month and year, the NTC confirmed that the widely popular Channel 2 frequency was given to Villar's Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS).

In September 2022, ALLTV was launched operating on former frequencies of ABS-CBN. However, the network struggled on TV ratings due to programming and signal reach issues. Some of the contracted artists, including Willie Revillame, went their separate ways.

Currently, ALLTV improved its signal presence including operations on high definition (HD).

Aside from TV Patrol, ALLTV also airs some of the old ABS-CBN programs like ‘Doble Kara,’ ‘Ngayon at Kailanman,’ ‘Sana Dalawa Ang Puso,’ among others.
