MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the top performing schools in the December 2023 Physical Therapist (PT) and Occupational Therapist (OT) board exam. The results are released online on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pampanga, and Rosales on December 1 and 2, 2023.

In the June 2023 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination, Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation topped the schools for PTLE with 92% passing rate or 35 out of 38 passed. Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila was the top performing school for OTLE with 100% passing rate or all 12 of its takers passed.
In the December 2022 PTLE-OTLE, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the PTLE with 95.88% or 93 out of 97 passed. University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila was the lone top performing school in the OTLE with 100% passing rate or all 30 takers passed.
In the June 2022 licensure exams, University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila topped the schools in the PTLE with 92.86% or 26 out of 28 passed. UP-Manila was the lone top performing school in the OTLE with 92.86% or 13 out of 14 passed.
In the December 2021 board exams, University of Santo Tomas (UST) and UP-Manila were the rank no. 1 schools with both 100% passing rate, 40 and 32 takers, respectively, in the PTLE. UP-Manila led the schools in the OTLE with 100% passing rate or all 12 takers passed.
In the February 2020 Physical Therapist licensure exams, Velez College was the lone top performing school with 96.51% or 83 out of 86 passed. Meanwhile, UP-Manila led the schools in the Occupational Therapist licensure exams with 100% passing rate or all 12 takers passed.
