MANILA, Philippines – Major banks in the country announced the banking hours schedule for the 2023 Christmas holidays and operations for New Year.
During the long holiday break, select bank branches will be open to serve their clients. Check out the updated list of banks and their schedule for December 2022 to January 2, 2024.

PESONet transactions made from December 22, Friday, 3:01 PM to December 26, Tuesday, 11:59 PM will be processed on December 27, Wednesday.
If you need to make a transfer on the same day, you may send up to PHP50,000 using InstaPay with a service fee of:
Subscriptions and redemptions for all Unit Investment TrustFunds (UITFs) are not available on Metrobank Online during the holidays. All redemption proceeds scheduled for settlement will be processed on the next banking day.

December 24 – All branches with Sunday banking will be open until 3:00 PM
December 25 – All branches will be closed
December 26 – Select branches will be open until 4:00 PM
