MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on Thursday, December 7 the complete results of September 2023 Licensure examination for Teachers (LET) or teachers board exam. The schedule and venue of registration, oathtaking schedule as well as verification of rating page are available on this page as announced online.
PRC announces those who have passed the LET for Elementary and Secondary levels given on Sunday, September 24, 2023 in at least 40 testing centers nationwide and in Bangkok, Thailand.

OATHTAKING SCHEDULE
The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Professional Teachers will be held on the following dates and venues:
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking in order to be tagged as "attended".
It is advised that inductees register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals. Those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request for a special oathtaking after the conduct of ALL the oathtaking in the regions.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
For NCR passers, tickets are available at Arellano University Manila, Legarda St., Sampaloc, Metro. For more information on the oathtaking proper, you may email or message the provided contact details.
LET EXAM VERIFICATION OF RATING
The PRC online verification of rating (VoR) page for September 2023 Licensure examination for teachers (LET) is now available online or just few days after the release of results.
On the official website of PRC, select Verification of Rating under Other eServices section.
You will re redirected to the LERIS page (https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification).
Once you've accessed the VoR page, here are the next steps:
Select the Exam Name (Professional Teacher) and Exam Date (September 2023). Input your application no., first name, last name and birthdate.

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only);
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag);
- two sets of documentary stamps;
- 1 piece short brown envelope.
