MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, November 24, the results of November 2023 Civil Engineering (CE) board exam, including the top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC conducted the second Civil Engineering licensure exam this year on November 17 and 18 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan.

Here's the performance of schools in the November 2023 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the April 2023 Civil Engineer board exams, De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila topped the schools with 88.99% or 97 out of 109 passed. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 81.52% or 75 out of 92 passed.
In the November 2022 Civil Engineer board exams, University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the schools with 95.45% or 105 out of 110 passed the exams. UP-Los Baños came in second place with 92.75% or 64 out of 69 passed the exams.
In the May 2022 Civil Engineer licensure exams, UPLB led the schools with 95.00% passing rate or 76 out of 80 passed. UP-Diliman followed with 94.57% or 87 out of 92 passed.
In the November 2021 Civil Engineer exams, UP-Diliman was the lone top peforming school with 92.86% or 52 out of 56 passed.
In the November 2019 CE licensure exams, Carlos A. Hidalgo Memorial State College-Talisay topped the board with 98.00% passing rate or 49 out of 50 passed. UPLB followed with 96.92% or 63 out of 65 hurdled the test.
