MANILA, Philippines – The November 2023 Agriculturist board exam results, which include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released online on December 4, 2023 (Monday) or in seven (7) working days after the exam.
As announced, 3,423 out of 10,014 (34.18%) successfully passed the exams.
The licensure exam for Agriculturist (LEA) was administered on November 20, 21 and 22, 2023 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Kidapawan, and Palawan.
The members of the Board of Agriculture who gave the licensure examination are Emma K. Sales, Chairman; Nora B. Inciong, Gonzalo O. Catan, Jr., Vicente L. Domingo, Eric P. Palacpac and Anabelle S. Sarabia, Members.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: January 22 - 26, January 29 - 31 and February 1 - 2, 2024
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Agriculturist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The 3-day examination for Agriculturist basically covers the following fields of specialization:
1. Crop science
2. Soil science
2. Crop protection
3. Animal science
4. Agricultural economics and marketing
5. Agricultural extension and communication
PASSING AVERAGE
To pass the licensure examination for Agriculturists, a candidate must obtain a weighted general average (WGA) of 75% with no grade lower than 60% in any give subject/s. However, if an examinee obtains a WGA rating of 75% or higher but obtained a rating of below 60% in any given subject/s, he/she shall be allowed to take the examination in the subject or subjects where he obtained a grade below 60% only once.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
In accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, the target release of November 2023 Agriculturist board exam results is on Monday, December 4 or in seven (7) working days after the exam.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date withour prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 29.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the November 2022 Agriculturist board exams, PRC announced results in eight (8) working days. A total of 4,035 out of 11,673 passed the exams. University of the Philippines (UP) - Los Baños was the lone top performing school with 100% passing rate or all 116 takers passed.
In the November 2021 Agriculturist board exams, PRC released results in five (5) working days. A total of 1,172 out of 3,927 passed the exams. UPLB was the lone top performing school with 100% passing rate or 59 takers passed.
In the November 2019 Agriculturist board exams, PRC announced results in seven (7) working days. A total of 5,538 out of 13,492 hurdled the exams. UPLB topped the schools with 99.46% or 185 out of 186 passed.
In the June 2018 Agriculturist exams, PRC released results in five (5) working days. A total of 1,689 out of 4,428 passed the series of tests. UPLB was the lone top performing school with 98.67% or 58 out of 60 passed.
