MANILA, Philippines – The alphabetical list of passers for August 20, 2023 Civil Service Exam - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) in Region 9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) is available on this page as released by the Civil Service Commission(CSC) via csc.gov.ph on November 3, 2023.
CSC will announce soon the successful examinees for professional level exam for these areas: Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
The CSC is targeting November 3, 2023 (Friday) release of CSE-PPT results or 75 calendar days after the examination. This was announced through Examination Announcement No. 02, s. 2023.
But with the surge of examinees for this batch of exams, delay on the releasing of results is also expected. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results between October 19 and November 8, 2023 or in 60-80 calendar days.
EXAMINATION OVERVIEW
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for the first and second level positions in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements of the positions (education, experience, and training).
The commission added that passers should coordinate and verify with the CSCRO concerned for the availability of their Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and the requirements in claiming it.
Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim the same. Claiming of CoE shall be available approximately 30 days after the posting of the List of Passers.
EXAM COVERAGE
The Professional level exam covered vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, organization of ideas, analysis, word analogy, data interpretation, logic and abstract reasoning and numerical reasoning.
Exam also covered General Information items: Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues and concepts and environmental management and protection.
