MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) released results of August 20, 2023 Civil Service Exam- Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) also known as Career service examination on Friday, November 3, 2023 or in seventy-five (75) calendar days after the exam. The alphabetical list of passers for Professional level for Region 5 (Bicol Region) is available on this page once released.
CSC said that a total of 345,293 examinees out of 373,638 registered individuals (92.41%) took the CSE-PPT on August 20, 2023 in 95 testing centers nationwide. This comprised 304,247 examinees for the CSE-Professional Level, and 41,046 examinees for the Subprofessional Level.

Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website.
Passers shall be issued a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC letterhead.
Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first through CSC announcement if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
