MANILA, Philippines – The October 2023 Chemical Engineer (ChemEng) board exam official results, including the full list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released online today, October 20, 2023 or in four (4) working days after the last day of examinations.
As announced, 651 out of 927 (70.23%) passed the exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Chemical Engineer licensure exam (CELE) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Iloilo, Davao, Legazpi, Cagayan de Oro, Rosales and Cebu on October 14, 15 and 16, 2023.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: December 13 - 15 and December 18 - 19, 2023
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
ChemEng board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The three-day examination covered the following major subjects: physical and chemical principles, chemical engineering principles and general engineering, ethics and contracts.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC Resolution No. 1589 s. 2022, the target release of results for the recent ChemEng board exam is on October 18, 2023 or after two (2) working days.
Note that results may be released on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the May 2023 Chemical Engineer board exams, PRC announced results in two (2) working days. A total of 472 out of 801 passed the exams. Christian Jay Pagunuran Balboa from De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila aced the board with 92.60%.
In the October 2022 Chemical Engineer board exam, PRC released results in three (3) working days. A total of 531 out of 1,036 passed the exams. Jerome Ignatius Tan Garces from De La Salle University - Manila topped the board with 89.30%.
In the May 2022 ChemEng board exams, PRC also announced results in 3 working days. A total of 585 out of 1,032 passed the exams. Richmond Caya Pepito from University of San Carlos topped the board with 86.90%.
In the October 2021 ChemEng board exams, PRC released results after four (4) working days. A total of 321 out of 679 successfully hurdled the exams. Al Christian Regorgo Gobres from University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman led the passers with 84.00%.
In the November 2019 ChemEng board exams, PRC announced results in two (2) working days. A total of 899 out of 1,259 passed the exams. Martin Zechariah Valencia from De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila topped the board with 86.10%.

- notice of admission (for identification only)
