CPALE RESULT: September-October 2023 Accountancy board exam top 10 passers

MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September-October 2023 Certified Public Accountant licensure exam (CPALE) is available on this page as released on Friday, October 6, 202 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the CPA licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan on September 30, October 1 and 2, 2023.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the May 2023 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam, Alexander Salvador Centino Bandiola Jr. from University of the Cordilleras led the passers with 89.50%. Rayhanah Nuestro Decampong from De La Salle University-Manila came in second place with 89.33%.

In the October 2022 CPA board exam, Francis Matthew Nuñez Obligacion from University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the board with 91.00%. Kate Marie Uy Buencochillo from University of Saint La Salle ranked second with 90.67%.

In the May 2022 CPA board exam, Jhoone Cyrelle dela Cruz Nacario from UST aced the board with 88.83%. Darleen Baria Alcantara from San Beda University and Yanna Jillianne Beriarmente Cruz from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Sta. Mesa tied on second spot with 88.17%.

In the October and December 2021 CPA board exams, PRC did not release list of topnotchers.

In the October 2019 exams, Justine Louie Bautista Santiago from UST topped the board with 90.33%. Marlou Borbon Alinsonorin from University of San Carlos (USC) followed with 89.67%.

In the May 2019 CPALE, Josemaria Alvaro Cabarrus Fontillas and Geraldine Jade Frayco Papa, both from DLSU-Manila, aced the board with 89.83%. Leinard Jan Corres Zaspa from University of Mindanao - Davao City ranked second with 88.50%.
