MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam is available on this page was released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 or in two (2) working days after the exam.
The hybrid Sanitary Engineering board exam was administered on August 29, 30 and 31 in the National Capital Region (Computer-based Licensure Examination or CBLE) and Davao and Rosales (Paper-and-pencil Examination).

In the August 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exams, PRC did not release list of topnotchers.
In the January 2022 board exams, Marc Noblen Guzman de La Cruz from MU-Manila aced the board with 83.80%. Robert Jacob Landicho Tolentino from NU-Manila ranked second with 83.43%.
