MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the results of August 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam, including top performing schools and performance of schools.
The hybrid Sanitary Engineering board exam was administered on August 29, 30 and 31 in the National Capital Region (Computer-based Licensure Examination or CBLE) and Davao and Rosales (Paper-and-pencil Examination).

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the January 2023 Sanitary Engineer board exam, National University (NU)-Manila topped the schools with 90.91% or 30 out of 33 passed. Mapua University (MU) - Manila followed and completed the list with 88.00% or 22 out of 25 passed.
In the August 2022 and January 2022 Sanitary Engineer board exam, MU-Manila was the lone top performing school with 83.33% (15 out of 18 passed) and 94.44% (17 out of 18 passed), respectively.
In the August 2021 Sanitary Engineer board exams, Batangas State University (BSU) - Alangilan topped the schools with 84.31% passing rate or 43 out of 51 passed. Mapua ranked second with 83.33% or 15 out of 18 passed.
In the January 2020 and 2021 Sanitary Engineer board exams, Mapua was the lone top performing school, 100% and 87.50% passing rate, respectively.
None of the schools qualified in the top school rank in the January 2019 Sanitary Engineer exams.
NU - Manila and De La Salle University - Dasmarinas led the schools in the 2018 exams, 100% (11 passed) and 87.50% (7 out of 8), respectively.
