BLEPP RESULT: August 2023 Psychometrician board exam list of passers, top 10

MANILA, Philippines – The August 2023 Board Licensure Exam for Psychologist and Psychometrician (BLEPP) results, together with the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 or in five (5) working days after the last day of exam.

As announced, 6,133 out of 8,370 (73.27%) passed the exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Psychometrician board exam on August 1 and 2, 2023 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on same date in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Pampanga and Rosales.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: September 4 - 8, September 11 - 15 and September 18 - 22, 2023

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS

Psychometrician board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.

COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION

The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

According to PRC in May 2023, the target release of Psychometrician board exam results is on Wednesday, August 9 or in five (5) working days after the exam.

However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.

PREVIOUS EXAMS

In the February 2022 Psychometrician board exam, PRC released results in nine (9) working days. A total of 969 out of 2,241 passed the exams. Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz from Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada from Saint Louis University (SLU) tied on highest spot with 83.60%.

In the last Psychometrician board exam before the pandemic (October 2019), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. The agency listed 6,800 out of 10,670 who passed the exams. Bernadette Alice Cruz Rigor from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Main Sta. Mesa led the passers with 86.80%.

In October 2018 exams, results were released in six (6) working days. A total of 4,035 out of 8,453 passed the exams. Tracey dela Cruz from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) - QC topped the board with 83.00%.

In the October 2017 exams, results were out in four(4) working days. PRC named 4,957 out of 8,701 who passed the exams. Caressa Lynn Aman Siglos of College of St. John - Roxas aced the board with 84.60%.
