MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the June 2023 Radiologic Technologist (Radtech) and X-Ray Technologist board exams (RTLE and XTLE) is available on this page as released on June 13, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Radiologic Technology conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on June 6 and 7, 2023.

University of Regina and Romeo Miravalles Tejano Jr. from Holy Infant College tied on highest spot for Radtech exam with 90.40%. Ven Windel Gulfan Jacot from Liceo de Cagayan University topped the X-ray tech exams with 89.75%.

In the first board exam during the pandemic (May 2021), Noli Almazar Samonte from Saint Louis University topped the Radiologic Technologist board exam with 90.80%. Kenneth Manabat Luciano from Saint Jude College-Manila and Gail Tullo Quinto from Lorma College tied on second place with 90.20%. Mayshell Baliling Basiag from International School of Asia and the Pacific - Tabuk Branch led the passers in X-Ray Technologist exam with 84.75%.
In the July 2019 board exams, Kathleen Cleo Jimenez Leonardo of University of Perpetual Help System Dalta - Las Pinas earned the highest place in the Radtech board exam. Rica Ella Fortaleza Bocala of Emilio Aguinaldo College - Dasmarinas and John Mark Licaros Diwan of Dr. P. Ocampo Colleges tied on second spot with 91.00%. Christine Joyce Limbo Villanueva of Perpetual Help College of Manila topped the X-ray tech exams with 85.75%.
In the July 2018 exams, Jomar Cabral de Guzman of The Good Samaritan Colleges - Cabanatuan City aced the Radtech board exam with 91.00%. Mark Marcos Alipio of Davao Doctors' College and Angelo Babanto Ramos of Liceo de Cagayan University tied on second spot with 90.40%.
