MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on Saturday, June 10, 2023 the full results of May 2023 nursing board exam or nurse licensure examination (NLE).
PRC conducted the first regular NLE this year on May 28 and 29, 2023 in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan.

Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
Nursing board exam passers' next tasks are to register, take oath and exercise nursing profession. Information on registration, oathtaking schedule, requirements and verification of ratings (VOR) are all available here as we update this site with details from PRC.
REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: July 31, August 1-4, August 7-11, August 14-18, August 22-25 and August 29-31, 2023
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
OATHTAKING SCHEDULE AND VENUE
PRC said that Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”
The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new nurses will be held on July 29, 2023 at the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Inductees shall come in their Gala Uniform and Cap and are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking in order to be tagged as "attended".
Further, kindly bring ANY of the following on the day of the oathtaking:
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.

NLE VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
NLE's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.

- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope

- Negative RT-PCR/COVID-19 anti-gen swab results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking
