SPLE Result: April 2023 Mechanical Engineering board exam passers Middle East, Singapore

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced results of April 2023 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Mechanical Engineer (ME) and Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) on Friday, June 2, 2023. As announced, 25 out of 102 passed the ME SPLE while 3 out of 4 passed the CPM SPLE.

The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The ME and CPM board exam in Middle East and Singapore was given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering (BME) composed of Engr. Leandro A. Conti, Chairman; Engr. Jerico T. Borja and Engr. Lorenzo P. Larion, Members.

The examination was held in RManama, Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA; Doha, Qatar; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Abu-Dhabi and Dubai, UAE; and Singapore on April 22 and 23 (ME) and April 24 (CPM).

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

EXAMINATION COVERAGE

The ME board exam in Middle East covers the following subjects: industrial and power plant engineering (Day 1); mathematics, engineering economics and basic engineering services, machine design, materials and shop practice (Day 2).
