MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced results of April 2023 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Architects on June 2, 2023. View on this page the complete list of passers, top 10 and performance once announced online.
As announced, 120 out of 187 passed the exams.
The Architect board exam (ALE) in Middle East and Singapore was given by the Board of Architecture headed by its Chairman, Arch. Robert S. Sac and board member, Arch. Robert M. Mirafuente.

The examination was held in Manama, Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA; Doha, Qatar; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait: Abu-Dhabi and Dubai, UAE; and Singapore last April 22 and 23, 2023.

The successful examinees who garnered the five (5) highest places in the April 2023 Architect Licensure Examination (SPLE) are the following:
The performance of schools in the April 2023 Architect Licensure Examination (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The ALE in Middle East and Singapore covers the following subjects: history and theory of architecture, principles of planning, architecture practice (30%); utilities systems/structural conceptualization/building materials and construction (30%) and architectural design and site planning (40%).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
The target release of April 2023 SPLE was not indicated in the PRC Resolution No. 1589 "Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2023" but we advise takers to monitor announcement of results in the last week of April until May 2023.

- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
