MANILA, Philippines – Most of the banks are closed from Maundy Thursday, April 6 until April 10 for the observance of Holy Week 2023 and the Day of Valor (Araw ng Kagitingan) holidays. View on this page for the updated list of bank schedules.
Malacañang Palace through Proclamation No. 42 declared Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, April 6 and 7, as regular holidays and April 8, Black Saturday, as special non-working day.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. also released Proclamation No. 90 to amend Proclamation No. 42 declaring April 10 as a non-working holiday in lieu of April 9—the commemoration date of Araw ng Kagitingan, which will fall on Easter Sunday.

Metrobank
Some Metrobank branches will remain open from April 6 to April 10 during the observance of the Holy Week and the Day of Valor.
Take note that shortened bank hours will be implemented in select operating branches on April 6 (Maundy Thursday), April 8 (Black Saturday) and April 10 (Day of Valor).
All branches will resume operations on April 11 (Tuesday).

BDO Unibank
All BDO branches will be CLOSED from April 6 (Maundy Thursday) to April 9 (Easter Sunday) in light of the Lenten season.

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
All branches will be closed from April 6 (Thursday) to April 8, 2023 (Saturday).
All branches will also be closed on April 10, 2023 (Monday) in commemoration of the Day of Valor (Araw ng Kagitingan).
BPI branch operations will resume on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
"Our mobile and digital banking channels, ATMs, and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs) will remain available for your everyday banking needs," BPI said.
PS Bank
Branches are closed from April 6 to 10, while its ATMs and online banking systems will remain operational.
Philippine National Bank (PNB)
PNB NAIA branches are open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on April 6 (Maundy Thursday), April 8 (Black Saturday) and April 9 (Easter Sunday).
All domestic branches are closed on April 7 (Good Friday).
Meanwhile, select PNB branches are open on April 10 (Araw ng Kagitingan).

Union Bank of the Philippines
All branches will be closed from April 6 to 10 except for Alabang Town Center and Alabang Country Club which will be open on Sunday, April 9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, respectively.
PESONet transfers done after 3:00 pm on Holy Wednesday, April 5 until 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 11, will be processed on April 11.
Money sent to Remittance Centers from April 6 to 10 will be available for payout on April 11.
Mobile check deposits done from April 6 to 10 will be cleared and settled on April 11.
China Bank
ALL China Bank branches will be CLOSED from April 6-8, 2023.
Clients may use their digital channels -- Mobile, Online, Phone Banking and ATMs.
Asia United Bank (AUB)
In observance of the Holy Week and Araw ng Kagitingan, all AUB branches will be closed on April 6-7 and April 10.
Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, April 11.
You may use their Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), AUB Preferred Online Banking, AUB Mobile App and HelloMoney App, which are available 24/7.
Malayan Savings Bank
All branches at regular banking hours on April 3 to 5.
All branches are CLOSED on April 6, 7 and 10.
Regular operations to resume on April 11.
Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC)
All RCBC branches will be closed from April 6 to 10.
Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom)
PBCOM Branches will be closed on April 6 (Thursday) and April 7 (Friday) 2023. Meanwhile, you may continue their banking transactions through their digital banking channels POP (PBCOM Online Platform) and PBCOMobile.
Note that PBCOM Customer Care Hotline will be unavailable from April 6 to 10.

In observance of Holy Week and Day of Valor, all EastWest stores will be closed on April 6 (Maundy Thursday) and April 7 (Good Friday).
